The rich get more than their fair share of tax breaks and the poor get the government concessions. 

But I would hope to build a partnership and eventually have him buy into a equal share position where profits could be split 50/50.Thoughts anyone???

Hey, i'm currently a 16 year old still in school working a part time job, my plan is to save and get a small passive income throughout uni by looking at shares and real estate.

I'm primarily interested in buy and hold but also just looking for general advice and shared knowledge!
