You can put the best clauses in your lease, tell your tenants what to do and what not to do til you're blue in the face, but when problems arise they cost a lot.

It's a lofty goal but it's a great mindset and very exciting to think that my wife and I are at the beginning of a journey that could one day have us telling that story to many thousands of people (Hopefully as a How-to story and not a What-not-to-do story).
