I know there are probably a 100+ local forums/webpages that cover "whats happening" but what culture/real estate forms are yall following for the Austin market?

Possibly offer a skill that they may need or are lacking (webpage development, efficient systems, bird dogging, office management, marketing, whatever.) 

For example, go on a real lender's webpage and try to find any mention of a "national identity card" (what even is that?)

On this guy's webpage, he brags about how he's done $200M+ in successful deals, and posts pictures like the following one as if it's an example of a successful flip he's done:However, when I reverse image search this photo, I found that he just copied this image from Pinterest:How about one more example....he again posts a series of photos for what looks like a multi-million dollar house with the hashtags to insinuate that it's yet another successful flip project:However, I also found the source of these photos (again using reverse image search) and discovered he just took these photos directly from a MLS listing in Coral Cables, Florida (Miami-Dade County):What's more interesting, the property is a custom-built home, built just a mere 10 or so years ago and has never been "flipped" (nor does it need to be....looks amazing inside).  

This will also let an investor have lots of properties or on this webpage they call it 'doors'. 

I definitely appreciate that he is a real estate investor and willing to take the time to recommend books and this great webpage for learning more.

I was thinking about making a web page for it also, and posting it on several land for sale and development web pages (if you know of any good ones, please let me know), would that be a good approach?

Any advice, documents or web pages that can get us pointed in the right direction would be great. 

It looks like, from the Providence web page about street parking permits, that there are some restrictions but it's not clear any of them would apply to your situation.I know that doesn't help for snow / parking bans of course but still, better some parking than no parking.If it truly is good student housing that implies it's close to one of the schools in the area (RIC or PC, I'm guessing).

He’s on Facebook and Sanmore has a web page but I personally have never done business with him.
