Our inspection period expires on 9/15, inspection is scheduled for tomorrow, 9/13 - we don't expect any significant surprises based on a preliminary visual check.

Every market has very particular dynamics that no report nor broker conversation will be able to portray. 

That said, I would like to explore a path to using Big Data (and even visual data tools like Tableau/QlikView) to disrupt this market....Does anyone have any proofs of concepts or any Lessons Learned to share?

. - Make sure descriptions visualize the property and not just describe the elements. 2) LOVE having adventure properties - I have 2 cabins that are a 4x4 adventure to get to but VIEWS are outstanding.

I see most of the growth inside the beltway,  but because of the dynamics places like Woodbridge and Stafford and Fredericksburg will see secondary growth as the usual residents get priced out.
