Rentals are tough based on the rents vs the purchase price of homes out there.

Based on the info in your post, my recommendation would be to turn these assets into well oiled machines and max out their NOI.

Hi Trevor,I work at a local property management company based in Kissimmee and we are seeing quite a bit of STR convert to LTR because of the lack of reservations they had this past year.

Or just wait until a year passes and he can rent it out  Following - I'm based in California in The Bay. 

You can probably make decent returns in Akron based on gross income and purchase price.

@David Naphy With a strong credit score you can do better than 8% on a DSCR based cash out refi today. 

Those numbers are arbitrary unlike taxes and insurance and they vary based on age, condition, area, landscape, PM, and other things.
