Like John and Matt said previously this platform is an unbelievable source for information! 

I'm looking for owners finance deals, leasing or anything that wouldn't require lots of funding to create cash flows in Southern California area.I looked up OC and San Diego area and the price is unbelievably high.

But yeah, that's part of what makes this whole thing simply unbelievable....that he has been contacted again and again and still nothing!  

I've learned an unbelievable amount here and have drastically improved my REI performance thanks to BP. 

It's truly unbelieveable, and even on the same street taxes are not consisent.  

Except that we would like to live in the nicest part of town (Montcalm, near the old part of Quebec City), and buildings are unbelievably pricy.

I am new to this as well but have found the podcasts and forum discussions unbelievably useful. 

Unbelievably a 50 ft lot on a non-prime inner city SW location sold for $40k over asking price, at $640k after being bid up by the builders.  

It was unbelievable the stuff they kept over the years.

I have had an unbelievably hard time finding a handyman that can be trust worthy, has all his/her own tools, completes work, etc.
