Handyman or rehabbers in amarillo texas

We have been growing at a pretty good rate and we are finally able to start hiring rehab and handyman services out.  While I am very pleased with this result it has created another issue for me.  The people I have been hiring have either been guys I work at my primary job with (all great at their particular skill, just never any rush to complete the jobs) or a couple locals from craigslist.  I have had an unbelievably hard time finding a handyman that can be trust worthy, has all his/her own tools, completes work, etc.  Does anyone in the Amarillo area have any recommendations on handymen?  We also always, and into the foreseeable future as well, buy homes that need minimum light rehab to complete overhaul so the same question for rehabbers that you might suggest.  Feel free to throw in who not to use if you'd like, that could help as much as the other.  Thank you in advance!

Arick
