New to BiggerPockets from Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I am new to BiggerPockets and thought I would take the advise to introduce myself. My name is Munjed Ahmad out of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. I came upon this website by trying to learn more about real estate investing. My areas of interest are flipping real estate as well as having some properties as rental incomes. Since I am new to real estate investing I am hoping to learn how to look for the right properties, what to avoid and how finance them. Also, I am interested in learning how others flip homes (hire a team to do the work, do it yourself, etc.). To be honest, I want to supplement my income with real estate but I am also apprehensive.
