Striving for that "B" status? 

That's about the difference, as far as I know.I pledge: To strive to be honorable and to abide by the Golden Rule;To strive to serve well my community, and through it, my country;To abide by the REALTORS'® Code of Ethics and to strive to conform my conduct to its aspirational ideals;To act honestly in all real estate dealings;To protect the individual right of real estate ownership and to widen the opportunity to enjoy it;To seek better to represent my clients by building my knowledge and competence.

I strive to save $90k a year doing high dollar simple (mostly) stuff myself. 

You may have dug yourself in a bit with your student debt but if we didn't have obstacles, we wouldn't strive for anything great!

I've been clicking through some forum threads, and it really is incredible to see a community of people all striving towards the same goals of success while being so willing to help. 

Just go above and beyond on everyone you meet and strive for the 5 star review.I believe it’s part of signing up for “premium” that allowed me to add to the signature.

I still look back at a tough high school curriculum (3000 places avail at our University & 5000 applying) & 5 years of university as those years that imbued the focus, discipline & drive that helped me strive for financial independence.

Life is always changing, we must adapt and continue to strive for growth in any given circumstance.
