Is anyone willing to connect with me and give me some insight on this process and the best techniques to streamline it and/or refer a legal counselor or experienced wholesaler who understands the midwest/Wisconsin regulations on this type of business.

I find that It is very hard for me to focus more than an hour or so, on a tax website, google searches, etc, as my mind wanders a million miles a minute, and i would love for this to be streamlined so i can focus on talking to sellers and building title, attorney, agent relationships.Thoughts?

In the future I may expand this with a partner in order to stream line things.

Just wondering if in the future I had a property manager they have more streamlined ways of dealing with the courts & evicting tenants?

I have several more lined up to look at and have streamlined my estimation process so I can get more done in a day.

I bet his Dad could qualify for a streamlined HARP program loan through his current lender with minimal documentation, no appraisal and minimal loan fees.

This is a career move for me so I need to make sure that I take my time and really do my homework on the first couple and I'm sure that I will learn how to stream line the process and be able to move along quicker after I have a few under my belt.
