As is required under Miami-Dade County building code, any property in the county that was built four decades or longer ago is required to complete the inspection process within a few years of that anniversary to certify “each building or structure is structurally and electrically safe for the specified use for continued occupancy.”

Clean kitchen, bathrooms are top items.3-Generate a stock of cleaning products and toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap etc so this is easily accesible to replace.4-Use the same linens and towels have multiple sets so they can just strip beds and replace with clean sets.

Who pays for supplies - laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc etc etc. 

Also provide essentials for your guests such as dishes, dish soap, sponges, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, towels for the shower, and other cleaning supplies.

Other than cleaning fees, you should make sure you factor in higher insurance rates that cover STRs, utilities, internet, consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc), landscaping, snow removal, linen replacement.

Maybe lodging taxes are paid by the guests, but you still have to cover utilities ($300 or more), your marketing fees, your personal time spent managing the property, consumables (soap, TP, paper towels, etc.), and other expenses.I see this as a negative cashflow.

Start with dish soap like Dawn and warm water, then follow up with a paste of warm water and baking soda. 

Make sure you have good contact info for all those people....full name, address, phone, email, FB, IG, Linkedin....if possible Bday and Anniversary dates.....so you want all that for everyone in your phone today, in FB, IG, and Linkedin....then all the people you don't have in those places, but should like your neighbors or relatives...school friends, sport friends, frat brothers, church friends, co-workers, etc....then branch out to all the people you do business with today....dentist, doctor, car dealership, bank, starbucks, or whoever.   

H mentioned that G has been using other people's stuff such as; oil, sugar, soap, utensils, and a blender.

Dawn soap and water can kill them sprayed on the paper wasp nest but you need a bee keeper suit and heavy gloves and no pets outside... not a job I am fond of tackling.
