Maybe lodging taxes are paid by the guests, but you still have to cover utilities ($300 or more), your marketing fees, your personal time spent managing the property, consumables (soap, TP, paper towels, etc.), and other expenses.I see this as a negative cashflow.

Make sure you have good contact info for all those people....full name, address, phone, email, FB, IG, Linkedin....if possible Bday and Anniversary dates.....so you want all that for everyone in your phone today, in FB, IG, and Linkedin....then all the people you don't have in those places, but should like your neighbors or relatives...school friends, sport friends, frat brothers, church friends, co-workers, etc....then branch out to all the people you do business with today....dentist, doctor, car dealership, bank, starbucks, or whoever.

Dawn soap and water can kill them sprayed on the paper wasp nest but you need a bee keeper suit and heavy gloves and no pets outside... not a job I am fond of tackling.
