@Michael Slot These questions are always a bit more complex then I think people originally intend them to be.

Now, the management company wants to fine me for going over our move-in time slot (which is loosely stated in the rules, but not the point).

I purchased five ceiling fans and four faucets for 300 .00top shelf stufflike the hampton bay mercer 52 and price pfister hunter kohler.apparently home depot puts a lot of returns on pallets and auctions them off.some items are fine and intactjust the box is shabby others are missing a piece that can be ordered.like one ceiling actually had a missing slot for the bladeI had to cut a slot with my multi max. but the other fans were fine just a broken globe which could be ordered for about 20.00the fan cost me 20.00 and retails for 169.00 so I think I did ok.the faucets were fine nothing missinggot a price pfister shower body for 30.00check your your flea markets you may be surprised what you come up with.

I also have to imagine that with that many houses, it snowballs and you can start quickly paying off some of the initial mortgages to open up slots?

I agree I need to figure out my own strengths/weaknesses and focus on them...That being said I've closed a few win-win situs in the past but  most my deals are on the MLS at least for residential.

The data drive approaches are: 1) compare the situs address to the mailing address at the tax assessors office.

I get it that everyone wants to come to the party, especially now with prices having risen fairly dramatically, but sometimes I wonder if the Bigger Pockets room is akin to standing on the floor of a casino where a few people have won dramatic sums in some of the "skills" games (poker, blackjack, etc), and everyone else starts running out into the hallways begging for money to drop in the slot machine so they can get theirs too.Anyway, it seems an interesting philosophical question to ponder, and I'm curious what others may think!
