Shaun, my assumption was that not only was he buying with owner financing, he would be turning around and selling with owner financing, to an owner occupant.

Shaun mentioned a number of good meetings/In your profession you are sitting on a goldmine of private money.

Like Shaun, I can not recommend a book geared towards 15y.o. on the topic, however if your son has a good relationship with one or more of his high school teachers, they might be able steer him in the right direction.
