I'm frankly so tired of sifting through the "Detroit sooooo is/isn't a war zone" tug of war.

I think that in the long term, seeing this through will be a great investment, but I am having a hard time committing to the idea thinking that there is going to be some big legal issue that I do not find out about until after dropping in all my rehab cash.A little about the Barn: Electricity and Water are currently run underground to the barn from the house.I can put a small septic tank in, but not yet sure about the permitting for that.The exterior walls are not closed in and I'm still sifting through ideas for the most economical way to close it in while keeping the look of the barn on the outside.

We have someone handling tenant acquisition and those kinds of thing.Searching on Google finds way to many results and I'm looking to sift through as much noise as possible.Thanks a ton!

You are going to get a lot of advice in response to your request and you'll have to sift through and pick the pieces of each that work for you. 

Remy,I have seen your last few posts and although I am new to this game, your thought process concerns me.It seems as though you are sifting through all the "guru" programs and are trying to come up with the right one for you.

Often, the hotter the market, the more I would be spending my time sifting through all the delusional pricing.
