Looking for Management Company Recommendations in Chicago

Jason Gallo
Posted

Howdy folks!

I'm looking to get started renting my house in Chicago and was looking for a good management company to handle tenant complaints and repairs.  Things of that nature.  We have someone handling tenant acquisition and those kinds of thing.

Searching on Google finds way to many results and I'm looking to sift through as much noise as possible.

Thanks a ton!

Hey @Jason Gallo - Above-average property managers here in Chicago are like contractors, hard to find.  Where is your property?  That will likely depend on who might be the best fit.

Here on BP you should link up with the following (3) pms:  @Jared Kott, @Jason Marcordes, and @Mark Ainley

Interview several and see who you develop the best relationship with.  The least expensive is likely to be more expensive in the long run with maintenance and repairs, just my opinion.
