The question I have is there are four camper trailers, two utility box trailers, an old tour bus, a couple of homemade trailer‘s, an old boat, two sheds, a play ground, four cars, and about 20 to 30 large white rabbits as well as a house full of junk.

12) Are there ay fences, carports or sheds to move and who pays for that and insures those moves. etc.?

The reasons appear to make sense in theory - less risk from vacancy in particular, less expenses (but I'd be happy if someone can shed some light on this).

Could anyone shed some light on how they obtained financing for their deals or reached out to potential lenders?

Do you mind shedding some light on what the benefit would be to have them list your LLC as a certificate holder only?

I dont even need to go into the value add business plan side of things as experienced sponsors' track record speaks for itself but as a banker, hope my comment sheds light on cheap debt is an important part of the overall strategy. 

I will do some research on my own, but would you care to shed any insight on why you chose to take that route?
