Hey there everybody. Really appreciate the advice we been getting on some questions we have had. So we inherited a pretty shady tenant with a property we just purchased. We’ve given them a 21 day notice to vacate and they’re really not communicating with us. So we are following through with the eviction process. The question I have is there are four camper trailers, two utility box trailers, an old tour bus, a couple of homemade trailer‘s, an old boat, two sheds, a play ground, four cars, and about 20 to 30 large white rabbits as well as a house full of junk. How long after the eviction judgment do I need to wait before giving away or selling all The items listed above?

check your local laws.  If you can get them to sign something saying anything left on the property on X date will be considered abandoned, that gives you the opportunity to deal with it.  You can try posting stuff for free.  For cars, let the tenant know there are charities that will haul them off.
