They are a lot of work and the revenue is inconsistent.

Don't know much about it other than the fact that it has about 1000 open grave sites and they also bring in revenue through digging and maintenance.

Keep in mind RE agents already have a wash out rate of at least 70% .. either dont make it past year 2 or 3.. or really never do much at all.. 20% of agents make 80% of all revenue so thats already here and has been here for decades.. at least the 5 decades I have sold real estate Or the 3 brokerages I have owned and managed hundreds of agents.

And it's commercial, intent is for revenue purposes, so revenue is the most important of the 3 to consider, by far, unless there is some extenuating circumstance. 

I have 3 STRs listed for sale right now and they are still showing 90% occupancy and strong revenue.  

Would the recurring payments be if I charged a fixed rate retainer for my services each month instead of a % of monthly revenue?
