So while they are becoming more prevalent, I don't think we're going to see a huge increase in these type of purchases in the next 2 months - I do think the spring will look differently, though.

On prevalent housing type, you'll want to drive around to get a feel as well as view listings online.

I guess you could look to "flip" the MHP, but this model isn't so prevalent (and IMO) would be challenging to make it an ongoing business model.  

Particle board used to be a lot more prevalent than it is today, as MDF, medium-density fiberboard, has taken over much of the more upscale market.

I'd say that the leach is more prevalent in real estate than other industries, but they also are hard at work  in insurance, auto sales, time shares, and the internet site development arenas.

@Nick RupcichReplacing the fuse box with a breaker panel is quite straight forward ... obviously have it done by a licensed electrician.I doubt very much that your 1960 built house has aluminium wiring - it was most prevalent in residential builds between 1965 and 1975.

@Steve Morris In my experience, most sellers who are in markets where wholesalers are prevalent don't care about POF or even who buys the property.
