Like I said if you so not stand to lose or suffer what's the harm in giving them an additional month?

I have my LLC set up, a rough outline business plan and will be joining my local REI but as far a taking the plunge I'm suffering from the infamous "analysis paralysis" when it comes to finding deals and making things happen.

Plant to have it as an airbnb or rental units once it done.

Surely they could market this as a "reduced allergen" apartment (or in case of new construction actually claim "no pets have ever lived here") and there would be a solid niche market of folks who suffer from allergies who would love to live in a unit like that!
