I wouldn't dare going to the blight neighborhoods of Cleveland because I am out of state and I have a clear strategy based on appreciation.

Everyone knows DMM has a crappy conversion rate and they dare argue with me against all logic all proof and all common sense to defend DMM.

Oh totally.It really is beyond me why not many people dare to be different.

I dare say then that perhaps stock investors have more open minds about investing in general than REI.I can understand the lure of REI.

@Kurt K.That sure sounds fishy and dare I say ridiculous.I have never had a PM deny a request for a lease for a property that I had an interest in.I don't think even think they have a legal leg to stand on unless.....and this is a stretch....when you signed the PM Agreement with them it had a provision in it under "Proprietary and/or Confidential Information" or "Trade Secrets" that specifically mentioned their blank lease or one signed by a tenant as a confidential document or a trade secret that you were not entitled to have. 

Very few people dare to take the leap of faith, to me is way better to go after it and ask the questions later as you WON’T know EVERYTHING until you get there.
