Hi Hendrick, we are investors/finding making good deals in Orange County/San Diego County/Riverside County.

I am interested in any referrals for real estate attorneys located in Los Angeles or Orange County (California) experienced with assignments, fix and flips/holds, etc....Also, if you have had good experiences with paralegals, I would appreciate those referrals as well.Thank you in advance.  

Trying to compare them with Fannie Mae loan is like comparing apples and oranges.

Any wholesalers in orange county or riverside county willing to let me shadow them?  

I spend an hour a week (if that on my rentals) and I am getting to the point where scaling from my couple now to 20 or 30 plus rentals will be very doable.Of course this is all moot since you’re comparing apples to oranges.

I know its a strange front entrance but budget does not allow me to move it so we are doing landscaping and painting.I hate yellow but I cannot figure another color to go with all this orange brick/roof
