Hi, I'm looking to invest in class B SFR rentals in OC, does anyone know who can help me with this? If you know someone, please pm me.

I'm an avid reader, some of my favorites are Gary Keller books. It seems that there are many Keller real estate agents in OC so I may reach out to them too.
