All of the product is nearly identical in target market reach (Class A, high rent).

Like all the investors in the multitude of these, in my opinion, scams and frauds, we believed in the private placement memorandums and were, in my opinion, lied to by the manager not being truthful about his checkered history. 

Besides sounding like fraud, the bond would pay the lien if it is valid and thus come after you for the amount

No lender would send you this.. if you have to ask for this info then its a fraud on its face..

Let’s not even get into 70% of nationwide PM companies illegally tapping into the trust fund to support their operating expenses… Complete fraud…If we from the beginning could have had 3rd party PM, our turnkey sales would have easily been 10x.At the end of the day, investors don’t need to go with our in-house PM, although it is encouraged. 

@Vinh NguyenI am not an attorney but as I understand it, if cash is accepted as a portion of a home sale that isn't reported to the government, it is considered tax fraud.

This is clear fraud, non-fulfillment of contract, etc.

Violating the terms of a mortgage is mortgage fraud and can be a real pain if it becomes an issue.
