You will learn a lot of information that you can't glean from the community at large, as real estate is local.  

If so then I would glean off some of those relationships..

There's been a lot of great advice posted so I'll just post a small nugget I've gleaned from the experts on here:Don't jump at the first "deal" you see.

I also would love to jump into the forums and post, my only hesitation is really lacking much information to share as I am lacking experience but I definitely will set up some key word phrases to glean some knowledge!
