Hello Bp community my name is Cody Baker, Im a young guy from Belgrade, Mt and I am a newbie to real estate investing. I have been learning and educating myself in the inter workings of real estate for about a year now and its time to activate and do something with what Ive learned! I first found out about Bp through the podcast which my dad Mike Baker turned me onto I now listen to Bp's podcast everyday all day at work I love the amount of helpful information it provides! I currently have a W2, in which Im a fabricator of granite which I hope to have quit in the next 2 years to go full time investing! Search the largest city in your region, find that club call the president and ask them where are other clubs.

Also check for the local landlord association they will have meetings you could attend.
