Hella cheap and quality things there to furnish each of your units.When you start feeling nervous, look back to your numbers to remind yourself of how good a deal it is.

Maybe if it was furnished as STR they you might have $50,000 or whatever to write off. 

Plus, we didn't budget for furnishing the personal care home, or the the cost of appliances and air and heating. 

The alley is not a place to leave your unwanted furnishings.

You either reimburse everyone or reimburse nobody and then you are in compliance with fair housing.Unless you rented a furnished apartment, I don't see how you could be responsible for wall anchors, either financially or for liability.
