Aside from giving away many hundreds of hours here on BP helping others, my company Barnard Enterprises, Inc. has also donated to the Make A Wish Foundation, given used products like toilets, ovens, dishwashers, etc. to charities, and also given charitable cash donations to needing families here locally for Christmas.Pick a cliche, "Its the thought that counts" / "Its better to give than receive" / "Give and you shall receive" - I believe in all of them and I also believe that those who give seem to get back.

I'm in sales now and sell enterprise software for my day job so I don't think finding the deal will be my problem. 

If you close in the LLC name mountain enterprises LLC then you have to close using the mountain enterprises LLC.There has to be 2 separate closings you can use transactional funding for the first close or find someone willing to loan you the money.

After we eliminated all staffing positons back in 2005 I would never entertain a labor/staffing intensive, sales tax collection enterprise again.

I just received approval from NYS for my LLC (Long Island real Estate Enterprises.

I learned about Enterprise Zones and my business just happened to be located in one. 

My goal is to replace my income through investing and other entrepreneurial enterprises.  

After you get some experience and have some properties then you can better assess whether or not to make it a full time enterprise.

I know that we've run the gauntlet over the years, all the way up through enterprise style solutions and customized software packages.
