Hi, my name is Jose Nino. I am new but excited to get into the REI business! I plan on moving to Denver in a few months and want to know if anyone is out there right now and what you think or have to say about the market there. I plan on keeping my full time job for the time being while I get going on my first rental property to see how it goes. Any thoughts, tips?

@Jose Nino welcome. I think it's a good plan to keep the day job. It's really challenging to find enough property to replace that income no matter how you approach it. Get some experience in real estate while you still have that w2 income that banks so love. After you get some experience and have some properties then you can better assess whether or not to make it a full time enterprise.
