As Its The Giving Time Of Year In What Ways Has Your Company Given Back

It is that time of year when everyone seems to think about giving (and wrapping things up for yearend).So I want to know what have you done to give back, to have made the world a better place. I can argue that us in real estate change the world everytime we close a deal or sign a lease (or make an eviction), hopefully these are for the better. But I want to know examples and explain why this is about to become more important.

I do fall into the group of millennials, but we invest back to better things. A report by forbes says 81% of millennials have donated things some even despite having a job, or being underemployed. When you couple this with the report by Cnbc that the largest wealth transfer is happening to the tune of 30 Trillion (you read that), I believe soon our pool of lenders will not only be asking about rates of return but at what social investing have we done.In 2010 Maryland made the first B Corp (you can read below but its is in short a hybrid of nonprofit and for profit company) approx 20 states either do or soon will allow these.
