Personally I enjoy managing my units and it gives me great joy to do so.

We have to block ahead of time so that we can enjoy the place too.

That being said if the properties were in my back yard I would still have professional  property managers so I could do what I do best and enjoy the most.

My take after well over 20 years of investing in real estate is that if you want to continue to enjoy a great and profitable career and also have a life, that you consider taking @Jim Pfeifer's advice.
