Then, whenever a legitimate users thinks a listing is suspicious and tries to post about it, someone in the scam network will immediately delete it.That's really going to put a dent on Craigslist reputation for I don't see how something like this will 'police' itself on its own.

I do like how explicit their forms are, but I can probably delete a quarter of it as not applicable.By the time we have the lease, the non-standard addendum (so they shovel snow and mow the lawn), the rules and regulations, and the lead paint disclosure, that's too many pages!
