new rental forms for Wisconsin law change
Just wanted to mention for Milwaukee area landlords that Wisconsin Legal Blank has published new rental forms as of March 2014 to reflect the new law WI Act 76. The forms which I use that have changed include the Residential Rental Agreement and the Nonstandard Rental Provisions. Other forms were changed as well, the folks at Wisconsin Legal Blank would be able to advise on that. (I don't have any connection to this business, I am just mentioning the vendor I use).
