Maybe employees that get stock options as part of their compensation, but I'd caution against that.As you gain success in life, you will find a long line of people ready to take your money, your success, or your fame without giving back or contributing. 

Maybe you are the only investor in the deal and can negotiate better compensation terms.

We want to make a deal happen so that the seller gets what they are asking for, the buyer can stay under budget and get a great deal, and of course we be compensated for bringing it all together! 

You are trying to compensate for your lack of experience with a more attractive compensation model.

If it can help me gain a Great Reputation and Close Great deals I won't hesitate to generously and fairly compensate them for that.

This may require that you offer more than asking to compensate for that, but don't overpay if you can't justify it or don't have to. 

Curious to hear from any investors if they use any type of incentive/creative compensation methods with their dealfinders/agents or property managers. 

However, if you don't have agency agreement with the realtor, then you don't get the same service.You basically want someone to help you get all this info but you are not wiling to compensate them for it..
