Compensating boots on the ground
Hey BP
Could use some advice. I have a friend that has been my eyes and ears for deals in an area not close to me. She's been doing it not only because she's a friend but also because she's interested in investing herself so it gives her the opportunity to check out and analyze deals in her market. I really want to give her something as a thank you but I don't know what would be appropriate. Any ideas? Appreciate your input.
