Money circulating in the economy is increasing through extreme levels of central bank purchases, while the number of assets in the economy remains fairly stable, meaning the need for income/yield will only increase, making cash flows very valuable.

I do not see a circulation pump but there has to be one. 

Are you aware of the fact that the more money that is printed and circulated into the market the less your dollar is worth?

Now would be the time to make adjustments and I would alter a few things...namely the washer and dryer in the bedroom, the entry door to the bathroom being in the kitchen and the refrigerator being out in no man's land in the middle of the path of circulation.
