Its just more overhead for you if you do your own taxes or more accountant fees.Depending on your investment directions, you would need to structure yourself with one static LLC. 

Settlement is one issue, however hydro static pressure on the foundation walls may also be present.  

This in turn causes values to drop further since there are fewer buyers able to qualify, which becomes a self-perpetuation downward spiral.To sum up: LTV is not static and other factors outside your control can cause dramatic, relatively sudden shifts.

So, if anyone has a recommendation of where to go to brush up on this skillset, please let me know. 

And get sheets of drywall and paint brushes in those kiddos' hands.
