Hello everyone,

My name is Patrick Britton and I am from Blaine, Washington - the closest large city however is Bellingham, Washington.

My 9-to-5 occupation is as a certified mortgage planning specialist helping people get conventional and government loans for one – 4 unit properties.

However, I have great interest in wholesaling as the very concept is similar to some of my previous roles in the stock and futures markets.

Based on my experience I would claim that I am rather good in sales, but an area that I am working to improve is with assessing the costs of repairs to a property I am looking to wholesale. So, if anyone has a recommendation of where to go to brush up on this skillset, please let me know.

I would also like to think Brandon Turner for introducing this site to me.

My goals for the upcoming 60 days are to make at least 5 bona fide and reasonable offers and to build my buyers list to at least 50;  actual buyers and investors, not just people "interested."

cheers!

Hey @Patrick Britton glad to see you here! Sorry your New Member Introduction fell through the cracks - I'm guessing there were a bunch of other posts that came up right after you posted. It happens from time to time here. But Welcome to the forums and the site!

So, I see you've been active already now since this post, so I guess  I don't need to teach you much - but I'll introduce you to a few folks you should connect with:

@Aaron Mazzrillo who is well connected here on BP with local peeps. And if you haven't set up "Keyword Alerts" yet - I'd highly recommend it. Be sure to set one for "Seattle" as well as "Bellingham" and "Washington"

Once again, welcome to the site Patrick
