I have been reading previous post from you and have been to your blog and am wondering if a property is listed with the wrong address (1 number is incorrect potentially voiding the sale) and the tax certificate is purchased, notice to vacate it sent, and ejectment lawsuit is filled 6 months later to establish possession, if property is adversely held by investor for 3 years can the investor get the deed to the property?

I'm sure there are plenty out there that would argue that these are niches are doable, but based on my own sense of comfortability, I am generally risk adverse and if I don't understand something I tend to walk away until I have time to pursue it in more detail.
