In my parents' sink in their house I used the cheap generic liquid drain dissolver product they sell at WalMart (it seriously costs under $1.00 for the entire bottle) - after it sits one boils water and dumps it down the drain per the instructions and it works well.

The key is to establish accounts with your LLC at places that don't require a personal guarantee, such as Wal-Mart, Staples, Home Depot, etc.

There's a lot of scams going on in my area where someone will get a throwaway phone from Walmart and then list a house for rent on CL or with a rental agency that charges the tenant a fee.

The one I am typing on now I built myself, but with the current prices, it is just as cheap to buy one at Costco, Wal Mart or other retailer.As a tool, one hammer does not fit all.
