Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Fayetteville.

Purchase price: $125,000

Duplex community in a military saturated area close to a fitness center, Walmart, and other needs. Demand is high! All duplexes in this are are rented! Current rental rate could be increased on each side by at least $75! GAINS BABY!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

More heads under one roof. 2/2 duplexes that were easily rentable spaces and in a military saturated community.

MLS notification/subscription set up by Five Pillars/Exp realty.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Loan 25% down

How did you add value to the deal?

Increased rent monthly from $575 to $650
