Did the traders just have a free ride for the last 2-3 years?  

Hey BP,Has anyone worked with KC House Traders in kansas city before?

coffee shops that call coffee something other than coffee, tight pants, short running shorts, Trader Joes, lots of bikes, attitude glasses (non-prescription), wine and tea stores, mustaches, edgy (slightly pornographic) art, etc.

There is another group I know of property traders that meet up to talk shop.  

My buddy was telling me about sites where you can mimic or copy professional trader, but I am VERY skeptical!

@Brant JonesI am looking at that area also and have not yet done a real estate deal to speak of except real estate stocks as I am an active trader.

The "trader" doesn't have the money, just a letter from a TL that says they do.

This is a brokerage activity.The timing between note transactions can take a note holder from "investing" to brokering, by churning accounts, buying and selling as they might as a day trader in stocks.
