Your suggestion of Modesto, which within a 1.5-hour drive of San Jose definitely caught my attention!

I am paid by high end investors to buy properties for them in Phoenix, Dallas and San Antonio.

If they are showing you multiple homes, consider their time as well, and their desire to be compensated because it is their business too.In San Antonio, I pay an annual and quarterly fee for MLS access.I wish you all the best.

But you gotta come to San Felipe (just south if the border) to come and get it 😂

For example how does the tic/coop differ from the new San Jose lot split?
