As used in this rule and in Rule 77(c) “legal holiday” includes New Year’s Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any other day appointed as a holiday by the President or the Congress of the United States, or as prescribed in § 1-3-8, Code of Alabama 1975.But, Rule 6(dc) has an exception to the "less than 11 days" rule, for evictions, that says:(dc) District court rule.

Cash flow is king and as long as this process doesn’t kill your cash flow I completely get it, as it allows you access to cash that you can use to purchase more cash flowing properties.

I would guess that at least one would want it to be sold on the open market at full price.Deaths, relatives, and unearned money up for grabs seems to bring out the most greedy relatives one could imagine....unless you are Steven King!
