Cold Calling Absentee Owners for Wholesalers

Julian Joseph

Would anyone happen to have a good source or advice on a script?

I'm going to begin cold calling this week and next week to absentee owners.

I'm aware I build rapport, introduce myself, but the point is to have them do the talking.

Generally I would like to know how can I begin the conversation and how to mention I have their number?

Much Thanks BP,

Julian

Look up John Martinez on youtube, he has what your looking for. Main thing is DONT sound like a sales person, people will automatically tune you out.

As for the number just say your marketing department must have pulled it from public records. Somewhere along those lines.

Good luck
