What I often see pitched in OH and MI are 100year old houses.   

I am interested in purchasing a bank-owned property in Northern Michigan, however there seems to be one major problem.

im out of flint michigan, I come across land contracts everyday. 20-30k. 5k down. usually need about 20,30k rehab and rental is roughly 850 900 or like you do section 8 so 1200. or to fix and flip your looking at around 50-80k i would like to either get in touch with a mentor or an investor in regards to moving forward on the RIGHT WAY to start out. if this sounds like something that is interesting to you. please let me know. thanks-Jake riddleHey Jake -- My biggest advice to you is to just start.
