For example let's say you are a tenant and you have an 800 credit score and plenty of income you are going to use the user friendly interface on Zillow or the other big websites instead of sifting through individual listings on Craigslist. 

The general feel of the user interface seemed a little outdated, and had a strong “Windows ‘95” feel to it.

I like the interface and find it very friendly especially for those not traditionally trained in accounting and or property management.

I have been using Stessa for a year, and am comfortable with the interface, and would love for it to serve me in this rent collection aspect.  

Its paper jungle*Between 20+ tenants its really hard to know who paid, who is late, and who's contract is over or needs renewing.I looked up some apps online but most of it seems some corporate sized apps with complex interface which requires subscription and tying bank accounts.

At first I liked the interface but as time has passed I've found it irritating to use, even to collect rent it is not exactly straightforward to explain to the tenants.I'm going to look more into Rentler and Hemlane.

I have run my own Airbnb properties for 7+ years and know the value of that system as far as user interface, scheduling, and all of it. 

It is full featured, simple interface, and handles all your accounting, screening (for a fee) , rent collection (with no additional fee), advertising to all the search engines, etc, etc -  and the pro version incorporates the ability to have multiple owners like where you planning to go.  

They are completely online but their interface is great and you are able to open a bunch of different accounts with your same username.
