We live near fox hollow and foster lake!

A big part of the rapid growth is being connected to these amazing people and being able to leap frog everyone else by knowing what to do vs. not do. 

Solid doors, not hollow core.

Just kissing a lot of frogs.

Same with a yurt, tiny house or a hollowed out fiberglass potato.What you get with building is you build it to your spec.

Even if you find a good CPA - and it will take awhile for that and you'll kiss several frogs before the one -  you'll still need to know your stuff and do your part.

I think this is how a lot of commercial investors approach the problem, and it's ultimately the company I would like to keep.As for finding them: You still have to get out there, shake hands, and kiss a few frogs.

Because Charlotte is such a hot market, there are fewer motivated sellers...most folks have looked at Zillow and are dead set on retail...but it's a numbers game - gotta kiss a lot of frogs!

Wait until the current owner's financial position has improved and then buy a house.No one here provided an answer as an attorney so to suggest ways to skirt the issue of having the current owner stay in the house and not benefit is splitting hairs ... frogs hairs at that.The easier solution is just to move and hire an attorney to hound the deadbeat dad.
