I found that the +55 condos in Aventura (or anywhere ) have lower HOA's and they sometimes include utilities and/or cable.  

There are stamps in my garage warning that the slab is post tensioned and should not be drilled into as there are cables in the concrete. 

On the months where sales appeared down, I either rented privately or by VRBO/Home away.I charged guests over 50K on this property this year.My Debits are as follows:                                    Mortgage 1500, Electric 300 average pay, cable/internet 125 provided by Comcast, gas/water/trash 100, HOA Hampton Lakes 40, Pool guy 60, exterminator 60.

Simple things like “turn on the TV” generate far more messages with guests than it should because somehow the cable box and the TV power states get out of sync and they can’t figure it out (despite the fact that they get one universal remote to use).

altho if u get a gamer they probably gonna want to run a cable direct.   

If you have cable, cut the cord.

Bill, you sound just like the developer I watched on tv (city council meetings are taped and shown locally on a community cable channel).

If the properties have multiple units and you are already wired for cable, you can have a dish pre-installed that will work for everyone who wants access..

Don't fear the tenants or let them control you.I bought some buildings in a nice area but the buildings were older.The units were on the verge of turning into a bad area or staying a good one.I banded together with other landlords and we got the bad element out.We have Glocks,shotguns and everything else.I don't care who it is if they come on my property they better not try anything.We have made police reports of suspicious people,tenants trying to steal cable,power,etc.Once the scum know they have a light shining on them they crawl away to another area to go hide under some other rocks.So do not be intimidated.My place is cleaned up real well now.
