It's like stepping up from T ball to the major leagues.  

Ball High School which used to perform sub-par, has used grant money to completely turn things around to the point that people are moving down here from the Texas City and League City area for the school. 

I'd like to clear up something that has been suggested three times so far, but no one has commented on it.Clouding the title or placing any sort of lien against the property is bush-league.

@Jay Hinrichs Truthfully, this type of deal is way out of my league of expertise at this stage of the game and wouldn't even know where to start unless I brought in a more experienced partner to share the deal.
